§ 1 Order:

You can order goods / services from profblender.dk through our website at profblender.dk by phone / email or through personal contact. All contracts concluded in Danish. All prices are incl. VAT.

§ 2 Payment

We currently offer only payment via credit card payment (credit card, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and JCB Cards), PayPal, MobilePay and bank transfer (prepayment), or by billing (only for business, and only after detailed credit ebvaluation). There is no credit card fees when ordering at profblender.dk, so you pay only for what you order. When paying by credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option to object to or reject a payment when you receive your statement from your credit card issuer. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment. You are thus better protected than in the physical world where you have an excess of up to DKK 8000 when your credit card is being misused using your pin code. Data you submit in connection with purchases paid with a credit card is encrypted (SSL), and it is only the credit card issuer that can read them. Neither profblender.dk or others have the opportunity to read the data. The money paid for goods are deducted only when the package is sent from the profblender.dk. We cannot capture a larger amount than the amount you have approved duinrg the checkoout process.

§ 3 Delivery

Delivery is in agreement with the customer, as chooesn in the shop order. In the unlikely event that there are problems with your shipped order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order. Availability: All items on profblender.dk are stock items. Should an item not in stock, this is indicated on the product. In rare cases errors in inventory may occur which means that the warehouse is not 100% accurate, and therefore there may be a longer delivery time than first estimated. In this case, you will of course be contacted immediately.

§ 4 Shipping

We provide generally always all orders of more than 1500 DKK freight free. We ship within Denmark, you want an order sent abroad, this can only be done by prior arrangement with profblender.dk.

§ 5 Warranty

As a private consumer you have a 5-year warranty, which means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. This condition of course that claim is justified. Upon exercise of the warranty, you must return the product together with a detailed description of the error or defect. To return an item please use the link in your account seteetings, or contact us through email at shopprofblender.dk. It is also possible to deliver the goods on profblender.dk's address personally but only by prior arrangement. All complaints consignments shall be subject to prior agreement If profblender.dk on receipt of a complaint can not be find fault in the product, the customer will not be reimbursed for the product value. It is therefore important that you as a customer describes the problem as accurately as possible to us. Please attach a description of the return package, and possibly. a copy of the order confirmation or invoice, as it facilitates our work and turnaround time.

§ 6 Warranty

As a professional user you have a  2-year warranty on all our products, except for the natural wear parts. By use of the warranty please contact profblender.dk at email or by the return option in your account. Warranty does not cover defects or damage not caused by manufacturing and material defects.

§ 7 Returns

As a private customer you have always 14 days to regret your order when you shop with profblender.dk, and the right of regret shall begin on the day you receive your item. This right does not apply to purchases where the goods are collected from profblender.dk. The right can only be exercised if the goods are returned in the same condition and quantity, and the right of return lapses, if you use the product in a way that obviously reduces the sales value significantly. Products that are being used can basically never be returned. If you choose to use this right you must pay postage to send the product back. Use the form to initiate return in your account settings. You can also cancel by refusing to accept reciept of the package, or drop it off in person at our address (by prior agreement). When you regret your purchase you are refunded the purchase price. This is done by a transfer to your bank account once we have received the goods and if it lives up to the return regulations. It is therefore important that we are informed of your registration number and account number. It is not a requirement, but the expedition will be enhanced if adequate information is contained with the package - eg copy of the order confirmation or invoice, registration number and account number of the bank account to which reimbursement may be, copies of any. previous correspondence, etc. Please note - we do not receive packages sent by COD. following requirements. It's always a good idea to save the original packaging until you have found out if you want to keep it bought or not. The packaging may, in some cases mean that the sales value deteriorates and thus the right of withdrawal is not used. If a product is received back due 14 days to cancel, damaged due to poor packaging, deprived profblender.dk of any liability to refund the goods value. Exercised the right of withdrawal shall repay profblender.dk entire purchase price. Business Customers: For business customers, there is no right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the customer and profblender.dk. As corporate customers is considered private enterprises, public institutions, associations, foundations and private institutions. 

§ 8 Contract

You must with every purchase accept the terms of conditions. You are encouraged to read the conditions carefully. On profblender.dk purchase agreements with children and young people under 18 years only by parents or others who can legally act on the child or young person's behalf.

§ 9 Governing Law and Venue

Any dispute settled under Danish law by the ordinary courts.
